Story: The game’s story takes place in Humelia, a kingdom of wizards that has long prospered due to the vast amount of arcane materials that lie underground. Thanks to its technological development, Humelia managed to create the homunculi, artificial beings that would ensure the kingdom’s golden age. However, an impure smoke arose from underground and transformed these beings into maddened beasts.

Lilac, who has the power to save the homunculi by fine-tuning them, awakens in an underground laboratory in the lower sector. There she finds a homunculus who seems to be related to the calamity that has devastated Humelia and forges a pact with her, after which both embark on an adventure in search of lost memories and valuable comrades. Several decades after the fateful Death Flood, a new apocalyptic story is about to begin…

About the game: ENDER MAGNOLIA is a 2D dark fantasy side-scrolling action RPG in which you will embark on a journey through the decaying Kingdom of Humelia in search of a way to save the people and the homunculi. Due to the development of magic and technology, the kingdom ended up being divided into different sectors and social strata. Before you, you will find a beautiful yet cruel world, with a great variety of areas such as an abandoned city, a blood-soaked laboratory, an imposing arcane institute and a colossal factory.

Throughout your journey, several homunculi await you to help you save those who have fallen into madness. Fight against formidable and terrifying enemies and free their souls to gain new allies. Who will Lilac save after overcoming the adversities of her adventure? Humans, or maybe homunculi?
