In Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, players take on the role of Talion, a brave ranger whose family is killed in front of him the night Sauron and his army return to Mordor, moments before he takes his own life. Risen by a Spirit of Vengeance and empowered with Wraith abilities, Talion ventures into Mordor and vows to destroy those who have done him unjust. Through the course of his personal revenge, Talion discovers the truth of the Spirit that compels him, learns the origins of the Rings of Power, and finally faces his true nemesis.Each enemy players face is a unique individual, differentiated by their personality, strengths, and weaknesses.Through the Nemesis System, enemy relationships and characteristics are shaped by actions and decisions of the players to create personal archenemies that remember and adapt to the player and are different to each game session. Players are able to create their own battles, enemies, and rewards within the dynamic world, which remembers and adapts to their choices, offering a unique experience to each player. Affected Features: The Nemesis Forge feature will no longer be available. Therefore, players will no longer be able to transfer their in-game Nemeses from Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor to Middle-earth: Shadow of War.• Vendetta missions and Leaderboards will no longer be available.
